Blue Jay Physical Therapy is one of only two Physical Therapy practices in the area. We have an excellent reputation and a strong “word of mouth” referral base. We are providers for Medicare, most insurance carriers, many workers compensation insurers and we are contracted with the local VA. We receive referrals from several HMOs, including Regal Medical Group, Kaiser Medical, and Beaver Medical Group. We also accept personal injury cases and have a number of private pay patients.

Our 3,000 square foot office is centrally located, has 8 individual treatment rooms, 2 gym areas, 3 restrooms, a staff lounge area, a billing office, and an owner’s office. The staff is well trained, loyal and hard working. Many have been with us for over 10 years. We have over 4 years left on our current lease with a 5 year option for renewal. Our current rent is 1.17 per square foot!

We are located at an elevation of 5,000 feet in the San Bernardino Mountains with a true four season environment. We are 100 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, and 1 ½ hours from Southern California beaches and deserts.
